Axiom Trinity Labs LLC provides mobile application development services for iOS and Android platforms. Our services include but are not limited to: app design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• All intellectual property rights in the deliverables created for you shall transfer to you upon full payment
• We retain the right to use general knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the project
• We may showcase completed projects in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed
• You warrant that any materials you provide do not infringe third-party rights

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for the project
• Respond to communications and provide feedback in a timely manner
• Ensure you have the rights to any materials provided to us
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in individual project agreements or contracts. Unless otherwise specified, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt. We reserve the right to suspend work on any project with outstanding payments.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional manner. However:

• We do not guarantee that applications will be approved by app stores
• We are not responsible for third-party services or APIs
• Services are provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axiom Trinity Labs LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim.

8. Confidentiality

We agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared with us during the course of our engagement. This obligation survives the termination of our business relationship.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in individual project agreements. Upon termination, you shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
