Privacy Policy

This policy covers https://www.axiomtrinitylabs.com, the website operated by Axiom Trinity Labs, LLC. It does not cover our mobile applications.

Each app we publish carries its own privacy policy, disclosed on its App Store or Google Play listing and inside the app itself. Those policies govern anything you do in the app, including account data, uploaded media, and subscription records. If you are looking for the privacy terms attached to a product you installed, read that product's policy rather than this one.

This website has no accounts, no login, and no comment system. It does not set advertising cookies and does not run third-party tracking scripts.

• Contact form: the form on our contact page does not transmit anything to us. It composes a message in your own email client, which you then choose to send. Nothing you type is stored on this website or transmitted to a server we control.
• Email you send us: if you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you put in the message. That is held in our email system for as long as we need it to answer you and to keep a record of the correspondence.
• Hosting logs: our hosting provider records standard request data, including IP address, user agent, requested page, and timestamp. This is used for security and to keep the site running, and is retained according to that provider's retention schedule.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. We do not build advertising profiles from your visit to this website, and we do not attempt to identify individual visitors.

This site is hosted by a third-party hosting provider and its domain is served through a third-party network provider. Those providers process request data on our behalf in order to deliver the site.

Our email is handled by a third-party email provider. Messages you send us are stored with that provider.

We choose providers that commit to processing data only as instructed and to reasonable security practices, but their handling of data is governed by their own terms.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information, and to object to that processing or request a portable copy.

To exercise any of these, write to contact@axiomtrinitylabs.com. We will respond within the time required by the applicable law. We may ask you to confirm your identity before acting on a request, in order to avoid disclosing information to the wrong person.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

This website is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from children through it. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, write to us and we will delete it.

The site is served over HTTPS. We keep the number of systems that touch personal information small, which is the main reason this policy is short. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

We may update this policy. When we do, we change the effective date at the top of this page. If a change materially affects how we handle information already collected, we will say so clearly rather than relying on the date alone.
